Shearing weight in 2004, with nine months growth, was 4.3 pounds of blanket and 6.5 pounds total saved clip.

Hot Spot is our half Chilean and half Perivian. Born 6/18/2002, he has thrown amazing crias in Colorado, Arizona and Tennessee. Hot Spot is a BIG boy with large bone, great conformation, full coverage, a "typey" head and regal presence. A true, non-fading black, his fleece is very dense, crimpy and absolutely shines! At our 2004 shearing, he was a stunner with his brightness ~ looked like we had rubbed him with oil.
